AICONTON provides a suite of business automation tools including workflow automation, HR management, applicant tracking, social media management, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AICONTON and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICONTON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
